Crandell’s Enterprises Inc., offers a unique combination of premier home health care for individuals suffering from mental disorder, substance abuse and development disabilities. Founded in 2002 by CEO Mary Ann Crandell, the mission is to ensure their adult patients who suffer from mental illness, developmental disabilities and chemical dependence, have the resources, medical treatment and housing they need. The services offered range from adult family care to home psychiatric assistance and mental health services

Chief Executive Officer

Mary Crandell is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Crandell’s Enterprises Inc. and a distinguished leader with over 40 years of experience in business strategy and innovation. Under her leadership, the company has flourished, becoming a prominent force in its industry. In 2022, Ms. Crandell was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award by former President Joe Biden for her outstanding contributions to community service, the highest recognition for her dedication to giving back. Known for her visionary leadership, commitment to excellence, and passion for making a positive impact, Ms. Crandell continues to inspire others both within and outside the business world.

Treshell Herndon

VP of Special Projects & Operations

Treshell Herndon is a results-driven business leader with extensive experience in financial management, business development, and operations. With an MBA focused on Supply Chain Management from UNC Pembroke and a B.A. in Psychology from Clemson University, she has successfully led companies across industries, from real estate development to sports management and healthcare. As VP of Special Projects & Operations at Crandell’s Enterprises, she continues to spearhead revenue growth initiatives, optimize financial operations, and ensure regulatory compliance. A dedicated mentor and thought leader, Treshell thrives on innovation, strategic planning, and fostering strong community and stakeholder relationships.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Sandra Mayo is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Crandell’s Enterprises Inc., bringing over 15 years of expertise in financial management, strategic operations, and business growth. With a keen eye for efficiency and innovation, Sandra plays a key role in steering the company towards financial success and operational excellence. Her leadership and dedication have been instrumental in driving Crandell’s Enterprises’ continued growth and expansion. Sandra holds a degree in Business Management and has a proven track record of delivering sustainable results in fast-paced industries.
